Hi, I’m Tsholofelo Lepule (Tsholo) – an Energy Alignment Coach helping ambitious women design systems of ease for sustainable success. After years working as a lawyer in high-pressure, high
performing teams, I’ve learnt that daily energy management is essential to work and at home.
Having experienced burnout myself, I developed an approach that supported my own shift from exhaustion to sustained energy. The Mosadi Method is a holistic approach that blends practical structure, nervous-system regulation, and Human Design to sustain one’s energy, gain clarity and operate with ease.
